We hope that you are fully satisfied with your Alyson Eastman purchase. Should you need to return your item, please familiarize yourself with the details of our Return Policy. Ordering from Alyson Eastman automatically entails agreement to our returns policy. We accept returns on full-price merchandise returned within 7 days of the date on which ordered items are delivered to you. Returns must be received by Alyson Eastman in their original condition, not having been worn, or altered, and with all original tags, packaging and other promotional items which may have accompanied your purchase. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note: All sale merchandise is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Should you need to return your item, please email Customer Service for a return authorization. No return will be accepted without an authorized RA#. All returns must be post-marked within 10 days of product receipt. When returning an item, send with insured delivery confirmation and tracking as Alyson Eastman is not responsible for any packages lost, returned or damaged in transit. Returns after 7 business days or without a valid RA# will not be processed.
